Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure every student takes all required tests in proper environments with approved accommodations. You will drive data-informed decisions by coordinating testing timelines, materials, and staff training across campuses.

The role requires collaboration with campus partners, IT coordination for online testing, and adherence to district testing policies to support student success and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Educational experience preferred; testing experience valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the National Assessment Team.
• Create and communicate the campus testing plan to management, teachers and staff.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure computers used for online testing are ready.
• Audit accommodations and supplemental materials prior to testing.
• Manage testing materials and timelines to meet district deadlines.
