Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks a Testing Coordinator to ensure that every student experiences a proper testing environment and that testing accommodations are correctly applied. You will collaborate with teachers and campus leaders to support data-driven decisions and safe, compliant assessments.

The role emphasizes training attendance, coordinating with IT for online testing readiness, and managing test materials and timelines to maintain TEA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience in education or testing preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Create and communicate campus testing plans with timelines to managers, leaders, and staff.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure online testing readiness and proper equipment.
• Audit accommodations and testing materials prior to testing to ensure compliance.
