IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure 100% of students take all appropriate tests in a testing-friendly environment, with approved accommodations. You will collaborate with campus leaders to manage testing plans, schedules, and data reporting while supporting social-emotional and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Testing/educational setting preferred; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create campus testing plan for district/state/national assessments.
• Coordinate testing schedules and communicate updates to staff and families.
• Ensure 100% of students take eligible tests with approved accommodations.
• Collaborate with campus IT to ensure computers used for online testing are ready.
• Lead trainings and participate in Testing Coordinators Team activities.
• Maintain data reporting and compliance with testing policies.
