Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure students take all required tests in a conducive environment. This includes coordinating with campus partners for approved accommodations and maintaining data-driven testing practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with testing teams, IT, and leadership to support social-emotional learning and family engagement while upholding test integrity and timelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students take all appropriate tests with approved accommodations.
• Create and communicate campus testing plans for all district, state and national assessments.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure online testing readiness 48 hours before test day.
• Train and support staff on testing systems and procedures.
• Audit accommodations and testing materials for compliance with policies.
• Lead and participate in testing trainings and required meetings.
