Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Testing Coordinator to ensure data-driven decisions across campuses, maintaining high-quality testing environments and coordination of accommodations for district, state, and national tests.

The role focuses on preparing testing materials, coordinating with IT and staff, and ensuring timely training and communication with families; compensation is hourly and includes a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; 48+ College Credit hours preferred.
• Experience: Educational experience preferred, but testing experience valued; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Own learning by participating in the TC TEAMS group and trainings; review materials after training.
• Create and communicate the campus testing plan for all assessments to managers, lead team, teachers and staff.
• Communicate testing schedules and updates to parents/guardians.
• Coordinate with campus IT to ensure computers for online testing are updated and ready.
• Prepare 100% of testing bins 72 hours in advance of testing date.
• Audit accommodation and materials for SPED, ELL, 504, RTI pre-testing.
