Job summary

Viewpoint School in Calabasas, CA, seeks a Testing Center Coordinator to manage daily operations for Middle and High School testing. This temporary, hourly role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning August 24 for about 12 weeks.

You will coordinate schedules, administer online and paper tests, ensure testing integrity, and maintain detailed records of appointments and accommodations with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience working with middle and high school students, teachers, and staff.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Proficiency with online testing platforms and educational technology troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student records and test security.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Safe, Secure, and Supportive testing environment.
• Coordinate testing schedules and materials with teachers.
• Administer both digital and paper-based tests and troubleshoot platforms.
• Collaborate with the Learning Specialist on accommodations.
• Maintain records of assessment appointments, attendance, and test results.
