Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Center Manager for our Chesapeake, VA location. The role oversees a small team of Test Administrators, handles site staffing and coaching, and ensures smooth daily operations of the testing center.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer service, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. The position requires flexibility across shifts and a focus on security and exam procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year supervision experience in customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Team leading and training skills preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Onsite management of a small team of Test Administrators.
• Site staffing, hiring, retention, scheduling and conflict resolution.
• Train, develop, and coach staff.
• First point of contact for facility issues.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Oversee testing procedures and ensure security and integrity of exams.
