College of DuPage is seeking an Instructional Assistant III at the Westmont Center (PT). The role supports test administration and instructional services for students and faculty in the off-campus Learning Commons.

Responsibilities include administering exams, ensuring test integrity, assisting with COD systems, and coordinating with supervisors and faculty to support academic services. The position emphasizes customer service and professional conduct.

• Administer academic, placement, and high stakes exams using COD systems.
• Monitor testing processes and provide technical support for examinees and vendors.
• Maintain daily operations of Learning Commons & Testing Center with professional service.
• Ensure compliance with test integrity policies and FERPA guidelines.
• Troubleshoot testing program software and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate with supervisors on proctor certification status and training of new IAs.
• Assist students with COD systems including MyAccess, Blackboard, and related tools.
• Represent the Learning Commons and Testing Services in COD and community activities.
• Plan information sessions to inform students about available academic support services.
• Respond to emergencies according to COD procedures.
