Texas A&M University’s Disability Resources Testing Center in College Station seeks a Testing Center Coordinator I to provide administrative support and oversee exam administration. The role includes scheduling, coordinating exams, communicating with instructors, and supervising student employees during a fast-paced testing environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with two years of office administration experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of experience in office administration.
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people, including those with disabilities.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of assistive technology.
  • Knowledge of LMS and Zoom video conferencing software.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes a data management system to track and maintain a daily testing schedule.
  • Monitors, reviews and processes exam requests; coordinates exams with instructors.
  • Provides front desk coverage and screens/checks in/out exams.
  • Proctors and monitors exams while adhering to testing center policies.
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets and reports for utilization and overflow planning.
