Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chemistry Testing Center and exam scheduling with accommodations.
  • Coordinate Course Instructor Surveys; collect and manage department surveys.
  • Coordinate TA surveys by distributing and collecting faculty feedback each semester.
  • Oversee coordination of final and evening exams.
  • Manage room reservations for departmental spaces not used for scheduled classes.
  • Oversee printing and scanning operations; manage exam print requests and ID scanners.
  • Maintain department records in accordance with university guidelines.
