UT Dallas Testing Center is seeking a Testing Center Associate in Richardson to provide front-line services to prospective and current students, distribute testing materials, brief candidates on rules, and help ensure daily testing center functions run smoothly for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
The position requires two years of college and one year of related experience, with strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Evening and Saturday work may be required.
The Testing Associate provides front-line services to prospective and current students and assists them by providing the necessary materials and parameters in which to complete their test; ensure daily testing center functions run smoothly while helping students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Two (2) years of college and one (1) year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
This position requires working some evenings and Saturdays.
