Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Hands-on AOI/AXI/Flying Probe/ICT program development and tuning experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate electrical knowledge.
• Intermediate decision making and problem solving.
• Basic teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review process indicators to increase program capability while reducing false calls.
• Support internal customers and sector team with technical leadership at the product level.
• Troubleshoot and debug test equipment and software; lead calibration and maintenance.
• Develop new programs, validate tests, and implement engineering changes on test platforms.
• Develop training materials and attend vendor trainings to upskill others.
