Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Test Support Technician for the D shift to develop and sustain test and inspection programs across our manufacturing platforms.

The role involves reviewing process indicators, calibrating and maintaining equipment, and training operators on test procedures. An Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of experience and hands-on AOI/AXI/Flying Probe/ICT expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in development, debugging, and sustaining programs for Flying Probe or ICT.
• Intermediate Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

• Basic Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level.
• Support calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Lead the development of Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions, or other training to operators.
• Assist Operators and Technicians in troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, test software, and products.
• Coordinate with planners and manufacturing Supervisors/Leads to support production schedule priorities.
