Job summary

The position offers a salary range of $48,500 to $72,700 per year, with compensation determined by location, experience, and qualifications. The candidate will work on a shift that supports B Shift operations, including weekend nights, and may be eligible for a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred; equivalent combos considered.
• Hands-on AOI/AXI, Flying Probe or ICT program development and debugging experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at an intermediate level.
• Intermediate electrical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review process indicators to improve program capability while maintaining low false calls.
• Support internal customers and provide technical leadership at the product level.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate test equipment; lead maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop new test programs and implement engineering changes while preserving integrity.
• Create training materials and participate in vendor training as needed.
