Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics required; preferred in electronics.
• Less than one year of related experience required; one year or more preferred.
• Hands-on experience developing and sustaining AOI, AXI programs; Flying Probe or ICT experience.
• Intermediate Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Intermediate Electrical.
• Intermediate Decision Making and Problem Solving.
• Basic Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level.
• Provide technical leadership to support customer satisfaction and align with production schedules.
• Troubleshoot test equipment and software; lead calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Develop new test programs, validations, and engineering changes while maintaining program integrity.
• Develop training materials and attend vendor sessions to improve expertise.
