Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Test, Training and Adoption Lead to bridge project delivery, QA, customer training, and change management. You will develop testing and adoption plans, coordinate training materials, and drive knowledge transfer across the project lifecycle.

You will work with project managers, developers, QA teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new solutions and to improve overall project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, education, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software implementation, quality assurance, customer training, business analysis, or change management.
• Experience developing test scenarios, test scripts, training materials, or process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and elevate risks promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing, training, and adoption plans with schedules, responsibilities, readiness requirements, and completion criteria.
• Review requirements, user stories, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Maintain user stories, business process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Plan and support end-to-end testing and demonstrations, and provide sample scripts for customer testing.
• Serve as project test lead, coordinating testing activities and reporting on progress, risks, and release readiness.
• Develop customer training plans, schedules, demonstrations, job aids, and process guides.
• Gather user feedback and communicate adoption concerns to the project team.
