Enverus Intelligence Research Inc. is seeking a Test, Training and Adoption Lead to bridge project delivery, QA, customer training, and change management across the lifecycle.

The role drives customer understanding and adoption by coordinating testing, documenting business processes, developing training materials, and leading knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software implementation, QA, customer training, business analysis, or change management.
• Experience developing test scenarios, test scripts, training materials, or process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple deadlines and elevate risks promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop testing, training, and adoption plans, including schedules, responsibilities, readiness requirements, and completion criteria.
• Review requirements, user stories, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Identify areas requiring additional customer communication, training, or support.
• Maintain user stories, business process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Plan and support validation sessions and knowledge transfer, defining participants and topics.
• Support unit testing and document results, issues, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate interim releases and provide knowledge transfer on new functionality.
• Develop end-to-end test scenarios and scripts based on approved requirements and representative customer workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end demonstrations and validation sessions, and provide sample scripts to support customer testing.
• Document results, defects, and risks; work with development and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Package, publish, and communicate releases per project procedures.
• Support project managers with release schedules and readiness decisions.
