Job summary

Enverus is seeking a Test, Training and Adoption Lead to bridge project delivery, QA, customer training, and change management within the Delivery Team. You will coordinate testing, document business processes, and develop training materials to drive understanding and adoption of new solutions.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with PMs, developers, QA, and customer stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience developing test scenarios, test scripts, training materials, or process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and elevate risks promptly.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing, training, and adoption plans, including schedules, responsibilities, readiness requirements, and completion criteria.
• Review requirements, user stories, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Identify areas requiring additional customer communication, training, or support.
• Maintain user stories, business process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
• Plan and support Over-the-Shoulder validation and Work in Progress sessions, defining participants, topics, schedules, and expected outcomes.
• Support unit testing and document results, issues, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate interim releases and provide knowledge transfer on new functionality.
• Develop end-to-end test scenarios and scripts based on approved requirements and representative customer workflows.
• Execute system tests prior to formal customer testing and confirm requirements are configured as expected.
• Coordinate end-to-end demonstrations and validation sessions, and provide sample scripts to support customer testing.
• Document results, defects, and risks, and work with development and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as project test lead, coordinating testing activities and reporting on progress, release readiness, risks, and open issues.
• Manage defect review, assignment, verification, and status updates, ensuring defect records are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate build releases with development and QA, perform smoke testing, and prepare release notes.
• Package, publish, and communicate releases, including contents, known issues, and follow-up actions.
• Support project managers with release schedules, test-cycle exit criteria, and readiness decisions.
• Develop customer training plans, schedules, demonstrations, job aids, and process guides.
• Deliver and support training sessions, answering process and functionality questions.
• Gather user feedback, identify additional coaching needs, and communicate adoption concerns to the project team.
• Support change management during and after implementation, helping customers adapt to new processes and functionality.
• Maintain current project documentation, including decisions, process updates, test outcomes, defects, and releases.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication between the project team and customer stakeholders.
• Support handoff by documenting open items, known issues, and next steps, and create reference materials for post-project use.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, education, project management, or equivalent experience.
