Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a QA Lead for a large utility client. The role focuses on leading testing efforts across operational software implementations, coordinating testers, and shaping test strategy.

You will write and run SIT and UAT test cases, maintain JIRA, track progress, and report status to PMs and leadership. You will work with business units and vendors to build airtight requirements and robust test plans.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in a Test Lead or QA Manager role.
• Experience with Waterfall methodology.
• End-to-end testing lifecycle management.
• Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Test environments setup and QA process development.
• SIT and UAT test case writing and execution.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead testers and manage 1-2 projects at a time.
• Write and execute SIT and UAT test cases.
• Maintain JIRA space and report testing status.
• Define testing structure and drive test plans.
• Coordinate testing across large multi-platform environments.
• Run daily stand-ups for UAT.
