Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned QA/Testing Lead to design, build, deploy, and customize complex testing solutions that accelerate software delivery for Financial Services clients. You’ll define test strategy, manage QA for large projects, and collaborate across teams to enable UAT and ensure client requirements are met.

The role emphasizes mentoring, building reusable tools, and contributing to business development, with a focus on automation, performance testing, and IT transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing, CRM/ERP, and IT Delivery Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and customize complex technical solutions to accelerate software delivery and system integration projects.
• Lead testing strategy, planning, and quality assurance for large, complex projects.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure client requirements are met.
• Coach team members and develop engagement tools to build practice capability and drive sales opportunities.
