Job summary

Prattwhitney in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Test Technician IV to perform complex electrical testing on various electronic units, set up test stands, calibrate equipment, and record results. You will troubleshoot to component level and communicate findings to the team, supporting production and quality goals.

Responsibilities include interpreting technical data, following safety guidelines, and working both independently and as part of a team on continuous-improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in electrical or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data and schematics.
• Prior experience with component-level troubleshooting.
• Working computer skills and knowledge of office software applications.
• Electrical Technician Certification (e.g., Certification in Electronics).

Working Environment

Occasional weekend or holiday support may be required. You will be exposed to products of various weights and sizes, equipment with moving parts, high potential voltage and current, and chemicals that may emit fumes. Physical demands include bending, stooping, reaching, turning, and using hands for extended periods while performing testing and troubleshooting tasks. Lifting up to 25lb and transporting product with or without carts is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
• Ability to read and interpret technical data and schematics
• Prior experience with component‑level troubleshooting
