Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a contract Test Technician to join the Therapy Delivery Systems Test Development team in Rice Creek, Minnesota. The role involves executing mechanical, electrical and fatigue tests on leads, catheters, and related therapy delivery products, collaborating with engineers and technicians in a dynamic lab setting.

You will report test results, participate in method validation and equipment qualification, and help develop robust test methods.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of technician experience.
• Vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rice Creek, MN.

Responsibilities

• Support project testing activities including mechanical, electrical and fatigue tests to verify product conformance.
• Accurately report test data and communicate results to engineering teams.
• Assist in test method validation, equipment qualification and software validation studies.
• Develop and document test methods with test engineers.
• Fabricate or select equipment/fixtures for test methods.
• Identify improvement opportunities in test processes and implement changes.
• Maintain lab equipment including calibration and preventative maintenance.
