Job summary

Lancesoft in Minnesota is seeking a Design Technician II to help ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of a medical device system during new product development. You will support systems integration and verification testing, and contribute to test development and execution on-site in Mounds View.

The role requires following procedures, good written and verbal communication, and teamwork with cross‑functional groups.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).
• Experience following procedures, standards, and basic laboratory techniques.
• Good communication skills, including written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration test activities including manual, automated, stress, alpha and beta testing.
• Execute system verification testing and support protocol development as needed.
• Run project testing, interpret data, develop reports, and update the broader team.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and keep records.
• Communicate with internal contacts to prioritize, troubleshoot, improve lab efficiency.
