Job summary

Real Staffing Group seeks a Senior Test Engineer to drive system verification and validation for neuromodulation devices. You will develop V&V plans, create protocols, and support regulatory submissions to assure performance, reliability, and cross‑functional compatibility throughout development.

The role involves collaboration with engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and human factors teams to inform design reviews, risk management, and product validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 4+ years).
• Strong experience in system-level verification and validation planning.
• Hands‑on experience testing medical devices in ex‑vivo tissue environments.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals and related test equipment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the development of innovative neuromodulation devices, with a primary focus on system verification and validation (V&V) throughout the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing verification and validation plans, validating test methods, creating protocols, supporting regulatory submissions, and ensuring device performance, reliability, and system compatibility.

The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams including engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and human factors to support design reviews, risk management, and product validation activities.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Experience in regulated medical device environments.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards, electrical safety testing, EMC testing, and Design for Reliability/Manufacturability principles.
• Experience working in cross‑functional development teams.

Preferred Skills:
