Job summary

Pensacola State College is seeking a Test Technician to support the administration of college testing services and to act as the reception point for test schedules and information.

The role requires handling testing files securely and maintaining confidentiality, with professional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and the public. Flex hours including some evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalency.
• Proven skills with computer-based programs, operations and software.
• A satisfactory criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage a variety of college testing services.
• Plan, schedule, and administer tests and maintain testing files.
• Serve as departmental receptionist and provide test schedule information.
• Monitor test rooms to maintain testing security and integrity.
• Resolve problems during testing and ensure confidentiality of scores.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, students and the public.
• Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Position primarily located at the Pensacola Campus with possible travel to other campuses.
