Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating ATE platforms (Teradyne J750/UltraFLEX, Advantest V93000, or similar).
• Familiarity with parametric test concepts for protection devices.
• ESD handling and static control in ANSI/ESD S20.20 environments.
• PCB assembly and soldering for test/load boards.
• Basic data review to identify yield anomalies and failures.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document test activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate ATE platforms for final test of System Protection ICs and run test programs.
• Set up test sockets and REL setups; perform qualification procedures.
• Support NPI test bring-up and first silicon runs with engineers.
• Collect and log test data; escalate anomalies to engineering.
• Assemble and rework PCBs and load boards to maintain uptime.
• Maintain test area with 5S and ESD protocols; document maintenance.
