Job summary

Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Production Test Specialist to perform functional and acceptance testing on electronic assemblies, subsystems, and finished products to ensure they meet performance specifications and quality standards. You will set up test stations, operate ATE equipment, analyze data, troubleshoot at the component level, and maintain traceability logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production, functional, or acceptance testing of electronic assemblies or subsystems.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers; read schematics and test procedures.
• Experience documenting test results and maintaining traceability records.
• Strong troubleshooting to isolate failures to component or subsystem level.
• Basic electrical understanding and familiarity with common connectors; knowledge of ESD practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, acceptance, and ESS tests on assemblies per procedures.
• Set up test stations and automate testing with instruments and fixtures.
• Analyze data, document pass/fail results, and ensure traceability.
• Troubleshoot failures and coordinate with engineering for root cause.
• Read procedures and drawings to ensure correct test configurations.
• Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain test logs and defect records; support test procedure development.
