Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking Test Technicians for roles in Whitsett, NC. This position supports manufacturing test operations in a production environment, collaborating with engineering and production teams to test, troubleshoot, and drive continuous improvement of hardware and systems.

The Test Technician will help maintain test setups, assist with NPI testing, and document results, defects, and performance data while adhering to quality, safety, and ESD procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certification required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, electronics, or testing environments.
• Basic understanding of hardware, electronics, or computer systems.
• Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and system interaction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and safely handle components.
