Adecco is currently assisting a leading local electronics manufacturer in El Cajon, CA to fill an Electronics Test Technician role. You will perform testing and verification of electronic assemblies, operate test equipment, and document results as part of a collaborative team.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with electronics experience or an associate degree/technical certificate.

Perform testing and verification of electronic assemblies and components.
Operate electronic test equipment to ensure products meet performance and quality standards.
Accurately record and document test results.
Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and product verification activities.
Read and interpret basic schematics, assembly drawings, and test documentation.
Utilize electronic test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Lift and move test equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with assistance when required.
High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant electronics, manufacturing, or testing experience; OR
Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate in Electronics Technology with 0-2 years of related experience; OR
Equivalent military electronics training and experience.
Ability to read basic electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Experience using electronic test equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
