PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Assembly & Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, and analysis on electronic equipment and assemblies. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong electronics knowledge who can troubleshoot down to the component level and enjoys solving technical problems in a quality-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform standard testing processes on electronic equipment and assemblies.
- Troubleshoot electronic systems and failures to the component level.
- Operate industry-specific test and diagnostic equipment.
- Record, analyze, and document test results accurately.
- Identify equipment or product issues and communicate findings to the appropriate team.
- Follow established testing procedures, specifications, and work instructions.
- Maintain accuracy while managing testing priorities and deadlines.
- Support quality and continuous improvement efforts.
Required QualificationsF
- Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of related electronics or testing experience.
- Strong electronics background with component-level troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency using technical tools and electronic test equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under direct supervision.

Physical Requirements

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). - Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
