Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with surface mount and thru-hole soldering is a plus.
• Strong understanding of phone components and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in operating test equipment and reading schematics.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills for accurate data entry.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
