Job summary

WorkGenius Group seeks a Test Technician in Las Vegas, NV for an approximate 6‑month contract. You will lead software release validation and execute complex software, vehicle, mission, and operational testing to ensure quality, safety, and deployment readiness.

You will prepare and support missions, including software deployments across vehicle devices, data collection, and issue escalation, while partnering with engineering on root-cause analysis and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience executing complex software and/or vehicle testing, including software release QA activities.
• Experience documenting detailed test results and reporting defects with Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and urgency in high-pressure, safety-focused environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, plus basic software operations and configuration tasks.
• Preferred: Python or scripting experience; familiarity with CAN or Ethernet vehicle communications.
