Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA testing efforts for software releases.
• Excellent ability to execute complex test cases, document results, and report defects using TestRail and Jira.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• At least 2 years of experience in complex testing or vehicle testing environments.
• Basic knowledge of QA testing methodologies.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset with a "get it done" attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Required Skills:

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
• A strong background in vehicle testing, automation, or similar fields with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Other Requirements:

• Onsite role requiring 5 days per week in Las Vegas, NV.
• Shift: Thursday - Monday, Swing Shift (3:30PM - 12:00AM).
• Must be willing to support a safety-focused, collaborative environment with excellent communication skills.
• Must hold necessary certifications or clearances if applicable.
