Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Test Systems Principal Execution Lead for an onsite role. You will lead large work packages across electrical, mechanical, software, and systems, coordinating with PMO/IPT and CAMs to ensure program objectives and IMS alignment.

The role requires a STEM degree with eight years’ experience, strong EVMS and cost/schedule management, and the ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance. Onsite work with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading Test Systems development efforts (hardware/software development, integration, V&V).
• Experience with project cost and schedule management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across test-system lifecycle (design, development, integration, sell-off).
• Manage day-to-day technical execution, tasking, escalation, and IMS alignment.
• Drive risk visibility, 30/60/90-day look-ahead reviews, and execution cadence.
• Approve technical changes and maintain integration readiness artifacts.
