Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Test and Support Equipment Program Manager for the Navy SSP Trident II. You will own the program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance for the Test and Support Equipment area, reporting to the Associate Director of SEIT.

Lead sustainment of D5LE Test and Support Equipment and development for D5LE2, coordinate with Navy and stakeholders to ensure cost, schedule, and technical targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7 years of project/program management experience in commercial or defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• Experience with program management best practices: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance (Secret).

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish performance baselines and manage resource plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and external customers for success.
• Lead reviews, manage stakeholders, and ensure requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans integrated with schedules.
• Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies.
