Job summary

Draper Labs, a nonprofit R&D organization based in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Test and Support Equipment Program Manager for the Navy SSP Trident II program. You will develop plans, schedules, and budgets for Test & Support Equipment, monitor performance, and address risks with the SEIT organization.

You will lead sustainment for D5LE equipment and development for D5LE2 guidance, interfacing with Navy and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Integrated Master Plan/Schedule (IMP/IMS).
• Strong experience in government or defense programs with direct customer interfaces.
• Ability to coordinate with functional organizations to achieve program goals.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex programs.
• Establish baselines for program performance and resource allocations.
• Manage all phases of projects and lead reviews with customers and stakeholders.
• Work with Supply Chain to monitor suppliers and drive performance.
• Communicate objectives and align program plans with the overall strategy.
