Job summary

Draper Labs in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Test and Support Equipment Program Manager for the Navy SSP Trident II program. You will develop and execute plans integrating cost, schedule, and technical performance, interfacing with Navy customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities cover sustaining D5LE equipment, coordinating with procurement and field operations, and leading a team to meet program milestones while maintaining compliance with quality systems and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• 7 years of project/program management experience in commercial or defense sectors.
• Experience with government programs and customer interfaces.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Lead planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage program teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and manage supplier performance.
