Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. seeks a Test and Support Equipment Program Manager for the Navy SSP Trident II program in Cambridge, MA. You will lead the Test and Support Equipment area, setting plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking performance and addressing risks.

You will report to the Associate Director of SEIT and collaborate across teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure successful execution, sustainment, and future growth of test systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, complex programs with cost, schedule and technical targets.
• Strong interface with government customers and internal stakeholders; effective briefings.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, ensuring cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Develop detailed program plans integrated with the overall schedule and milestones.
• Lead reviews with customers and suppliers; manage risk, opportunities and issues.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for supplier performance and contract deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with QA and governance.
