Job summary

Draper seeks a Test and Support Equipment Program Manager for the Navy SSP Trident II program, based in Cambridge, MA. You will develop plans, schedules and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with Navy customers to deliver reliable GN&C test equipment.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 7+ years of program management experience in defense or commercial sectors; travel up to 25% may be required. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $275,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of program management experience in defense or commercial sectors.
• Experience with sustaining and integrating test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution including cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Establish performance baselines and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and manage suppliers.
• Interface with Navy and stakeholders to align goals.
• Lead contract negotiations and deliverables.
• Ensure quality control per the Quality Management System.
