Job summary

RTX is seeking an early-career engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for its defense products in Tucson, AZ. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to create production test stations, harnesses, and supporting hardware, while producing drawings and analyses to guide test systems.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and rapid learning in a fast-paced environment. The position offers onsite work in Tucson with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant engineering experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and testing.
• Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
