Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an early-career Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to create production test stations and harnesses, producing schematics and circuit analyses to guide development.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
