Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an early-career Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You will work with multidisciplinary teams on cutting-edge test instrumentation and automation, contributing to mission-ready systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, issue resolution across the lifecycle, and collaboration with hardware and software teams in a fast-paced factory environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses to guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
