Job summary

RTX is seeking an early-career Test Solutions Engineer to join the Tucson, AZ site supporting Raytheon programs. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment and production test stations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure readiness of hardware for mission-critical systems.

You''ll troubleshoot across design and integration lifecycles, generate drawings and analyses, and contribute to safe, reliable warfighter systems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
