Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an early-career Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate production test stations for Raytheon products. You will work hands-on with test instrumentation, ITAs, and harnesses as part of a fast-paced team.

Requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters; US security clearance is required for start.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
