Job summary

RTX is seeking a hands-on Test Solutions Engineer for our Tucson, AZ location. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products, create production test stations and ITAs, and generate schematics and analyses to guide development.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and 2+ years in electrical testing, with experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters. This on-site role offers growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
