The position emphasizes rapid design evolution, practical problem solving, and meaningful impact on warfighter safety. You’ll work with cutting-edge test instruments and automation, contributing to test stations, hardware interfaces, and system integration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
