Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Test Solutions Engineer in Tucson, AZ, to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You will produce production test stations, ITAs, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting across the design and integration lifecycle, with hands-on work in a fast-paced factory environment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and/or power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Produce production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
