RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer for an onsite role in Massachusetts. You will design, test, and integrate hardware for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team, developing interfaces and ensuring tests meet cost and schedule goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field with less than 2 years of experience, plus ability to obtain security clearance and proficiency in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM discipline and less than 2 years of prior experience. Degree must be obtained by the employment start date.
• Relevant internship or industry experience with RF/Microwave, Analog/Digital Electronics, Circuit Design or Analysis, Power Electronics, VHDL, FPGA, DSP, or PCB design.
• Experience operating lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers) to test hardware or measure signals.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or MATLAB for simulation and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in technical writing and delivering formal presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and implementation phases.
• Utilize modern equipment including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve test product challenges.
