Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of full-time equivalent customer service experience.
• Proctors may not be permitted to take or be certified in some exams to maintain test integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee computer-based testing sessions and provide clear instructions to candidates.
• Ensure testing procedures are followed and maintain security and integrity of the testing environment.
• Work with multiple testing platforms and proprietary software.
• Accurately maintain testing records.
• Assist with student registration, data entry, phone and email inquiries, and general front-line customer service.
• Support students, employees, and community members in a collaborative environment.
