Vivie in Minnesota is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort and dignity. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and offer companionship to create a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Minnesota.
• Experience in long-term care or home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on direct client care per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support daily living with meals, hydration, companionship, and social engagement.
• Monitor health changes and report vital signs to the nursing team.

Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Available! We hire for day, evening, and overnight shifts based on current needs. Opportunities may include part-time or full-time hours.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide hands‑on support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. Whether assisting with daily activities, monitoring health changes, or simply offering companionship, you’ll be a trusted part of their care team and help create a home‑like environment where residents can thrive.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, You Will

• Direct Client Care - Deliver compassionate, hands‑on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident’s Plan of Care.
• Support Daily Living - Support daily well‑being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
• Monitor Health Changes - Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
• Create a Welcoming Place - Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home‑like atmosphere.

This Job Also Requires

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in long‑term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
